Students value the moral support of teachers. The lack of attention can cause a distress towards students future. For students to be effective teachers must come up with encouragement strategy’s that help enhance students to believe in themselves.
“As we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:18
